BSWi deployed its anti-drone system across several highly-sensitive client sites. The client was concerned about the proliferation and ready supply of UAV technology, as well as the associated security and commercial risks.
To meet the client’s need to neutralize the growing threat presented by UAV technology, BSWi introduced its proprietary anti-drone system.
This system comprises top-of-the-range RF sensors which rapidly scan the environment, detecting and identifying potential threats in the area of interest. When a potential threat is detected, the system classiﬁes it, alerts the user, and activates various mitigative actions designed to neutralize the threat.
The anti-drone system supports large-scale installations (state-level deployments). It uses a network of sensors and transmitters that are monitored and controlled by a centralized C4I with a flexible interface that allows the user to precisely define regulations and policies.
The anti-drone system is available as an RF system or as a dual RF-radar solution. The addition of the radar sensor module significantly increases the system’s detection range. The client opted for our anti-drone system, determining that it was the best possible solution to their security issues.
The anti-drone system was deployed almost immediately at the client’s national airport, as well as across a number of its more sensitive governmental locations.
